今回は、Ubersuggestの返金方法を解説します。

Ubersuggestを契約した理由はahrefsよりも安いSEO調査ツールだったので試しに、永久買い切りプランを購入しました。

結果、微妙でした。

「1か月以内であれば解約可能」と記載があったので、すぐに解約しました。しかし、解約方法がネット上に落ちておらずちょっと困りました。

なので、解約方法について解説します。と言ってもとても簡単です。

と記載し、サポートにキャンセルしたい旨を伝えました。

この日はゴールデンウィークの真っただ中だったのですが、スムーズに解約処理が行われました。

すぐにメールの返信が来ました。内容は「あなたのメールを受け取りました。」でした。

サポートセンターからのメールのアイコンは、Neil Patelの顔写真でした。あのアイコンは目立ちますね。一瞬で「Ubersuggest」からのメールだと分かりましたw

1時間後、Ubersuggest解約完了メールを受け取る

先ほどのメールの1時間後に下記のメールが来ました。

Thanks so much for giving Ubersuggest a try. I’m sorry you don’t love it.

We’re sad to see you go, but I have just canceled your account ○○ and refunded your payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to process and reflect back within your account.
